Delete your account and data

You can start deletion inside LapinChat or prepare a request here. Both options are available even if you can no longer sign in.

Delete in the app

  1. 1. Open LapinChat and go to your profile.
  2. 2. Open Settings, then Account.
  3. 3. Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

If the current app version uses different labels, contact support for help.

What deletion means

  • • Your account will no longer be available to you.
  • • Profile data and associated personal information will be deleted or de-identified as appropriate.
  • • Limited records may be retained for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, disputes, and backups.
  • • Messages or content already shared with others may remain in their accounts or records.

Prepare a deletion request

Enter only enough information to help us locate your account. Submitting opens your email app with a prepared message to support@lapinchat.com.

We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion. Never send your password.
