1. Scope and commitment

This policy applies to profiles, messages, public video rooms, private video and audio calls, images, video, audio, usernames, and all other activity on LapinChat. We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form, including attempts, threats, facilitation, and links to outside services.

2. Prohibited conduct and content

Users must not create, upload, request, possess, share, stream, advertise, or link to child sexual abuse material. Users must not groom or sexually solicit a minor, sexualize a minor, engage in sextortion, traffic or exploit a child, arrange sexual contact with a minor, or misrepresent age to access or involve minors.

Real, computer-generated, altered, or illustrated content that depicts or promotes sexual abuse or exploitation of children is prohibited. “Minor” means anyone under 18, regardless of local age-of-consent rules.

3. Age requirements

LapinChat is not directed to children and does not permit anyone under 18 to hold an account. We may request age or identity information where permitted, restrict accounts while reviewing age concerns, and remove accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

4. Detection, review, and action

We may use user reports, technical signals, automated tools, and trained review to detect potential violations. Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, stop a live room, limit features, suspend or permanently ban accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and prevent repeat access.

Where required or appropriate, we report apparent child sexual abuse material and exploitation to relevant child-protection clearinghouses or law-enforcement authorities and respond to valid legal requests. We do not notify a reported user when doing so could create risk or interfere with an investigation.

5. How to report

If you see suspected child exploitation, grooming, underage use, or related content, use the report control on the relevant profile, message, call, or room when available. You may also email support@lapinchat.com with the subject “Urgent Child Safety Report.”

Include the username, room or profile details, date and time, and a clear description. Do not download, forward, screenshot, or redistribute illegal material. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.

6. Moderation of other harmful content

We also act against harassment, hate, threats, non-consensual intimate content, sexual violence, self-harm promotion, dangerous activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, and other illegal or abusive conduct. Enforcement considers severity, context, credible risk, and prior violations.

7. Appeals and cooperation

Users may ask for review of an enforcement decision by emailing support@lapinchat.com with the account identifier and relevant details. Appeals do not prevent us from preserving evidence or complying with legal and safety obligations.

Turpark Vale Hizmetleri Ltd.şti maintains a designated child-safety contact at support@lapinchat.com and reviews this policy as the service, risks, and legal obligations evolve.
