Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. By creating an account or using LapinChat, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms and our policies.

You may not use LapinChat if you are prohibited by law or have previously been removed for serious or repeated violations.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and activity under your account. Do not sell, transfer, share, or create an account for another person. Tell us promptly at support@lapinchat.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Be respectful and obtain consent. You must not harass, threaten, stalk, deceive, impersonate, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person. You must not publish private information without permission, spam users, manipulate platform features, distribute malware, scrape the service, evade enforcement, or use LapinChat for unlawful activity.

Sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, trafficking, child sexual abuse or exploitation material, grooming, sextortion, and any sexual interaction involving a person under 18 are strictly prohibited.

You retain ownership of content you create. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, protect, improve, and promote the service, subject to your settings and applicable law.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit. You are responsible for your interactions and should use caution when meeting or communicating with people you do not know.

We may review reports and content, restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and contact authorities when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, or enforcement. Moderation decisions may use automated signals and human review.

You can report concerns through in-app tools or email support@lapinchat.com. Emergency situations should be reported to local emergency services first.

If paid features are offered, prices and recurring terms will be shown before purchase. Store purchases are also governed by the applicable app store’s payment and refund rules. Unless required by law, virtual items have no cash value and are non-transferable.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. LapinChat is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that matches, interactions, rooms, calls, or messages will meet your expectations or remain uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turpark Vale Hizmetleri Ltd.şti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for conduct by other users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using LapinChat or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or service protection.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s registered jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes unless applicable law requires another forum.
